Short Term Coal Mine Planning

We know that being operationally relevant means being capable of translating long term life-of-mine planning into short-term planning outputs in a language that coal miners understand.

VBKOM’s personnel have been spending extensive time on the mine evaluating the operational performance, practices and procedures. Our team even went so far as to donate blood with the mine management as a show of solidarity.
