Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services

According to Wikipedia, EPCM contracts are the most common form of contract utilised to conduct construction works within the private sector on large-scale and complex infrastructure projects.

Under an EPCM contract, a contractor is obliged to deliver a complete facility to the client who is only required to “turn a key” to start operating the facility. This is why EPCM contracts are often called Turnkey Construction Contracts.

Construction Management:

All construction activities exhibit various levels of complexity as part of the management of a construction project. The same applies to construction on a mine, which includes the dynamic and complex safety management principles required by the Mine Health and Safety Act of South Africa (Act no. 29 of 1996). We are well versed with the Act and its associated regulations, which have equipped us to execute construction projects safely. The following services form part of how we manage a construction project:

  • Project management
  • Schedule management
  • Cash flow management
  • Quality management
  • Resource management
  • Quantity Surveying services

Our model is based on utilizing local SMME contractors that undergo our mentorship programme. Regardless of the complexity and skill required to successfully execute a project, we utilize South African based resources to promote local economic empowerment.

We’re in it to empower our Clients by making project– and capital management easy, thus ensuring they have the time to focus on their core objectives.
